About The Job
The Senior ERP Consultant (Supply Chain) is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who excels at analyzing complex business challenges and designing transformative ERP solutions. You will leverage your deep supply chain expertise to lead business process re-engineering, configure sophisticated system functionality, and guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle. Acting as a key client advisor and internal mentor, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions that meet strategic objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of quality.
Role and Responsibilities
- Business Process Analysis & Re-engineering: Analyze client requirements and strategic objectives to recommend and lead business process re-engineering initiatives. Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes, leveraging ERP software to optimally address and transform clients' supply chain operations.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Work with customer stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and challenges in ERP modules. Conduct workshops to analyze and capture functional requirements. Document business requirements and perform fit/gap analysis against standard D365FO functionality.
- Solution Configuration & Demonstration: Ensure end-to-end business solutions are delivered. Map business requirements to functional specifications and design documents. Configure ERP modules, manage data setup and master data management activities. Showcase processes and system capabilities to demonstrate how the solution meets client business requirements.
- Testing, Deployment & Data Migration: Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Prepare and review user manuals and test scripts documentation. Validate system functionality against requirements and report issues/bugs. Work with developers to ensure defect resolution.
- Documentation, Training & Knowledge Transfer: Prepare comprehensive project documentation including FDD, End-User Manuals, and deployment plans. Develop and deliver effective end-user training programs. Stay updated on D365FO updates, new features, and industry trends. Conduct Knowledge transfer sessions.
- User Training & Cutover: Guide end users on system navigation and usage. Support change management to drive user adoption. Monitor Training and UAT scope are delivered.
- Go-Live Support and Handover: Validate migrated data and perform final system readiness checks. Provide first-level support to end users during and after go-live. Manage and resolve go-live issues ensuring SLA compliance.
- Client Engagement & Project Management: Facilitate functional workshops and lead weekly status meetings with clients. Engage with customer project managers to define strategies, clarify requirements, and develop data conversion plans. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that could impact project scope, quality, or timelines.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and associate consultants. Take ownership of significant project components to ensure their successful and timely completion.
- Functional & Technical Collaboration: Actively participate in the development of critical project artifacts. Test and validate customizations and integrations. Coordinate with technical consultants, developers, and other functional consultants. Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in a functional ERP consultant role, with a demonstrated focus on implementing and configuring Supply Chain modules.
- Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics).
- Proven experience in leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and managing phases of ERP implementation lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Preferred
- Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
- Relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
- Proven experience in a client-facing advisory capacity and mentoring junior consultants.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Qualifications

- Knowledge in ERP is a must & Dynamics 365 is required
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
