About The Job

The Senior Marketing Specialist is the executional engine of Trax Group's marketing function. You own the digital presence, drive the content strategy, and deliver measurable results bridging the Marketing Director's vision and turning it into campaigns, content, workflows, and performance.

This role requires someone who thinks in systems: understanding how a LinkedIn post connects to a campaign, to a lead, to a sales conversation. You know the B2B tech buying cycle, you understand what ERP and supply chain decision-makers care about.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Digital Marketing
  • Own all digital marketing channels LinkedIn, email, Google Search, and website, managing the content calendar, channel strategy, and performance across Saudi Arabia; manage paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads): setup, optimization, spend, and reporting
  • Own marketing automation: lead nurture sequences from logic design through to conversion tracking, with all digital leads correctly captured and handed off to sales
  • Manage event marketing end to end: pre-event campaigns, day-of social coverage, and post-event amplification, including annual events and exhibitions
  • Develop and own the content calendar (every piece tied to a business objective), writing and quality-controlling output across all formats: LinkedIn, long-form articles, case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns, event materials, and blog posts
  • Build and maintain the case study pipeline (from client project identification through to publication) and develop content campaigns around key business moments: product launches, market reports, award nominations, compliance deadlines, and Vision 2030 milestones
  • Maintain marketing operations infrastructure: Microsoft Planner, Forms, and Lists for task management and request intake
  • Serve as quality checkpoint for all marketing output against Trax brand guidelines, and own the measurement infrastructure: UTM tracking, LinkedIn and Google Analytics, and a weekly performance dashboard
  • Produce a monthly marketing report, run quarterly content audits, and keep the Trax asset library organized and current
2. Creative Visual Production
  • Plan photography and video (including product showcases, testimonials, event coverage, and brand storytelling) with creative direction, both in-studio and on location while briefing and align with external production vendors (videographers, photographers, post-production houses) on deliverables, timelines, and quality against brand standards
  • Manage the visual production pipeline end to end (scheduling shoots, coordinating talent and locations, managing files, and delivering assets on time), with a visual content calendar mapped to campaign moments, events, and product launches
  • Maintain the Trax visual asset library (tagged, up-to-date, reusable) and enforce visual quality standards (tone, color treatment, composition, and on-screen identity) aligned to Trax brand guidelines across all output
3. Offline Marketing
  • Own end-to-end planning and execution of all Trax Group events (trade shows, roadshows, customer events, Exhibitions, and partner events), developing detailed plans covering objectives, budget, venue, logistics, run-of-show, vendor coordination, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage all event logistics: venue sourcing, AV and production vendors, print and signage, catering, guest registration, name badges, gifts, and physical materials
  • Lead pre-event marketing campaigns (registration drives, email invitations, social promotion) and manage on-the-day execution: briefing team and vendors, running the show, troubleshooting in real time, and ensuring flawless Trax brand presentations
  • Produce event content (photography, video, and live social coverage) and conduct post-event evaluation: attendance, lead quality, content performance, budget reconciliation, and a formal debrief submitted to the Marketing Director
  • Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns (print advertising, direct mail, OOH, and branded collateral), owning the production and quality control of all physical materials: brochures, capability decks, one-pagers, banners, pull-up stands, and exhibition boards
  • Identify offline marketing opportunities (sponsorships, local media, OOH placements, and community partnerships) and present business cases to the Marketing Director
  • Ensure full brand consistency across all physical touchpoints: every printed or physical asset must conform to Trax brand guidelines in colour, typography, layout, and messaging

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered where the portfolio demonstrates clear competency
  • 3–5 years in B2B digital marketing with proven hands-on ownership of campaigns, content, and channels, not just task execution
  • Minimum 2 years in a technology, SaaS, digital transformation, or enterprise software company; familiarity with the B2B tech buying cycle
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and compellingly in English across formats: case studies, articles, campaign copy, and social content
  • Deep working knowledge of LinkedIn as a B2B channel: organic strategy, content formats, algorithm behavior, LinkedIn Ads, and performance analytics
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics (Google Analytics or equivalent), email marketing platforms, and project management tools
  • Business-level English, written and spoken
  • End-to-end ownership experience of B2B events: planning, logistics, vendor management, on-the-day execution, and post-event evaluation
  • Hands-on photography and video production experience, including editing software such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Photoshop
  • Experience planning and executing offline marketing, including print collateral production and print vendor management

Preferred

  • Exposure to ERP software marketing (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and/or understanding of digital transformation, AI in operations, or supply chain technology
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and ideally AEO/GEO: keyword intent, on-page structure, and what makes content rank and get cited by AI assistants
  • Experience running B2B demand generation campaigns: lead magnets, nurture sequences, gated content, webinar promotion, or event marketing
  • Experience marketing in Saudi Arabia or Egypt, with an understanding of the Saudi B2B buyer and Vision 2030 context
  • Business-level Arabic, written and spoken; bilingual capability is a significant advantage for this role

The Senior ERP Consultant (Supply Chain) is a pivotal role for an experienced professional who excels at analyzing complex business challenges and designing transformative ERP solutions. You will leverage your deep supply chain expertise to lead business process re-engineering, configure sophisticated system functionality, and guide clients through the entire implementation lifecycle. Acting as a key client advisor and internal mentor, you are responsible for delivering high-quality, end-to-end solutions that meet strategic objectives, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standard of quality.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Business Process Analysis & Re-engineering: Analyze client requirements and strategic objectives to recommend and lead business process re-engineering initiatives. Identify and eliminate non-value-added processes, leveraging ERP software to optimally address and transform clients' supply chain operations.
  • Requirements Gathering & Solution Design: Work with customer stakeholders to understand processes, needs, and challenges in ERP modules.   • Solution Configuration & Demonstration: Ensure end-to-end business solutions are delivered. Map business requirements to functional specifications and design documents.   • 7+ years of experience in a functional ERP consultant role, with a demonstrated focus on implementing and configuring Supply Chain modules.
  • Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., Planning, Procurement, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics).
  • Proven experience in leading requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, and managing phases of ERP implementation lifecycles.
  • Hands-on experience with SIT, UAT, data migration, and go-live activities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Preferred

  • Professional certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management.
  • Relevant supply chain certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM).
  • Proven experience in a client-facing advisory capacity and mentoring junior consultants.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
